What is the Bata Club Loyalty Program?

 

Bata Club Loyalty Program is the flagship program of Bata Shoes Singapore Pte Ltd. (“Bata”), designed exclusively to reward its loyal customers. The program membership entitles you to various discounts, rewards and privileges offered by Bata from time to time. Just register to the program using your mobile number and email address.

 

To avail such benefits offered by Bata, you have to quote your mobile number at the billing desk at any Bata Retail Store or login to your registered account while shopping online on our website (bata.com.sg) to receive your membership discount.

Subscription - How do I become a member?

  1. In Stores

 

To enrol into Bata Club from stores, you will need to register for an account using your name, mobile number, email address and birthday at the time of shopping. You are strongly encouraged to opt into our marketing updates, to receive prompt updates on vouchers and other promotions.

 

A confirmation SMS and email will be sent to your number indicating the completion of the registration process.

 

  1. Online from Website (bata.com.sg)

 

To enrol into Bata Club from website, you will need to register your mobile number, email address and a few other profile details such as your name, birthday, preferences, etc.

 

By providing us with your preferences, we can better understand how to reach out to you.

 

You will be signed-in to your account just after registration indicating the completion of the registration & Bata Club enrolment process. 

 

 

 

How does a mobile number-based loyalty program work?

 

We consider your mobile number and email address as your unique identification which also serves as member ID. To avail the benefits of the program, quote your mobile number or email address at the cash desk every time you shop at Bata stores.

 

If you are shopping from our website (bata.com.sg), you will have to login using your ID & password (which you had used at the time of registration) to avail your membership benefits.

 

By opting into the Bata Club membership, all updates, offers and exclusive Bata events will be communicated to you via email or SMS to your registered mobile number and/or email address from time to time.

 

You can also login to bata.com.sg using your registered mobile number to check your eligible offer coupon codes. Some offers will also be associated with a unique Gift Voucher coupon code.

 

To redeem those offers, you just need to quote/show the unique GV code at the cashier or enter the GV Coupon code while shopping on bata.com.sg.

Redemption

 

Points can be redeemed for purchases both in Bata stores and Bata.com.sg. You will be required to verify an OTP sent to your mobile number during the redemption process.

 

Redemption of points will only be done in denominations of 250. Every 250 points will entitle a value of SGD$12.50.

As of 10 August 2022, Bata introduced a revamped Bata Club program for our members.

 

All members previously registered into Bata Club will be migrated into the current program.

 

Q: What are the requirements to join the Bata Club program?

 

The Bata Club program is open to individuals residing in Singapore, with a valid local mobile number.

 

You may apply for Bata Club membership at participating Bata stores in Singapore, or online on bata.com.sg.

 

Q: Do I have to pay a fee for Bata Club membership?

 

No, there is no membership fee for Bata Club. It is free to join Bata Club!

 

Q: Do I have a membership card?

 

No, we don’t issue membership cards. You may use your mobile phone or email address to login at stores or on Bata.com.sg.

 

Q: Where can I use my Bata Club membership account?

 

You can use your Bata Club membership benefits at our website (bata.com.sg) or at our Bata stores island-wide! Please note that accreditation of points or redemption of coupons are not valid at Bubblegummers Takashimaya and Bata’s roadshow events.

 

Q: When & how can I redeem my points?

 

Bata Club points can be accumulated with every purchase in store or online. For every $1 spent in store, you will be entitled to 1 point. Points will be credited based on the transaction’s rounded dollar value.

 

With the accumulation of every 250 points, you may visit our website or head down to your nearest Bata Club Singapore store (click here to find your nearest store) to make redemption.

Please note that redemption is done in denominations of 250 points, worth SGD$12.50.

 

Q: What is the validity of Bata Club points?

 

Points are valid for a total of 1 year from the date of purchase. However, in the case of bonus points issued due to special items like profile update or survey, these points will only be valid for 3 months.

 

You may check the number of points you have in stores or on bata.com.sg, by logging into your Bata Club account.

 

Points expiry date can be inquired at your nearest Bata store.

 

Q: How can I redeem my coupons?

 

Upon receiving of your coupons via SMS or email, you may visit our website or head down to your nearest Bata Club Singapore store (click here to find your nearest store) to make redemption.

 

Upon selecting your items, proceed to checkout and inform the staff (in stores) or key in your coupon (online) to have the discount applied.

 

Our friendly Bata team will request for your mobile number to login and key in your voucher code for redemption. Upon verification, you will be required to provide the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number to ensure the transaction goes through.

 

Please note that coupons are valid for regular-priced items only and cannot be used with other ongoing promotions. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

 

 

Q: What happens if I return or exchange merchandise that I bought?

 

In the case of exchange of merchandise, replacement should be made for the exact amount paid for the article. No additional points will be credited.

 

Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team.

 

 

Q: How do I check my membership status, update profile and available points?

 

By logging on to bata.com.sg, you may access your information under the Bata Club tab. This page allows you to update your profile, check your membership tier and balance points.

 

At this point, your point balance can only be accessed at Bata stores.

 

You will also be notified via SMS in the case of membership tier change.

 

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

 

To cancel your Bata Club membership, you will be required to write in to customerservice.sg@bata.com to request for the cancellation.

 

Your personal details will then be deleted from our system. Once membership is cancelled, you will no longer be able to redeem any benefits or other privileges of the program.

 

All existing coupons and points will be removed, and will not be exchangeable for cash, credit, or coupons.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Bata Club discount is only valid for regular-priced items (excluding international items, shoe care, hosiery, and promotional items). Other discounts are subject to store promotion and period.

 

Bata Club discount vouchers are applicable for regular-priced items only, excluding ongoing promotional items, international brands (Adidas, Asics, New Balance, Puma), Pinoso & Caterpillar safety boots, character-licensed brands, shoe care products and hosiery (including socks).

 

All products are applicable for points accumulation in your Bata Club account.

 

Please note that Bata Club promotions are subject to ongoing terms and conditions:

 

 - All vouchers are valid for a one-time use before listed expiry date.

 

- Discount is valid on regular-priced items only.

 

- Discount is not applicable with purchase of international brands, character-licensed brands, shoe care products and hosiery.

 

- Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing in-store promotions and offers.

 

- Multiple vouchers cannot be combined in a single transaction.

 

- Voucher is not exchangeable for cash/credit (whether in part or full); if voucher’s value is not fully redeemed, no refund in cash/credit will be given for the unutilized balance.

 

- Redemption will not be accepted after the expiry date.
