SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY MODES

Delivery is trackable and only available within Singapore.

Standard Local Delivery: Within 5 business days upon dispatch.

Delivery to PO boxes or to restricted zones such as army camps, ports and airports are not available.

Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order. Rerouting delivery charges due to an incorrect or non-existent delivery address will be borne by you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • Please ensure that merchandise(s) is in original condition, original packing and with the original tags and tickets attached. All merchandise must be returned in original selling condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. A final inspection will be done to ensure that merchandise is in its original condition, followed by processing your returns or exchanges.
    RETURNS
    • For online purchases from bata.com.sg: we will only accept returns if product is defective upon delivery. Refunds will not be accepted at retail stores in Singapore. Please email us at ecommerce.sg@bata.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order;
      • 1. Your order number as the subject title
      • 2. Name and product code of the defected item
      • 3. Photograph of the defect
    • Our customer service officer will be in touch on the next steps. Should your product be deemed defective, a replacement product will be mailed to you. However, if the item is no longer in stock, an online credit voucher (inclusive of any postage you paid) will be provided. Voucher will be valid for one year.
    EXCHANGES
    • For online purchases from bata.com.sg, if you wish to exchange your product because of wrong size. We allow exchange via 2 options within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
    • Option 1: Mail the product back to us
      • Please email us at ecommerce.sg@bata.com and we will guide you on the return process. Kindly send the item(s) in its original condition and original invoice to our address below.

      • Please note that exchange is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to refund via online credit voucher.

    • Option 2: Exchange product at any Bata retail stores
      • If you wish to exchange at our retail stores, kindly bring along your original invoice with item(s) in original condition. You may exchange for the same product model subjected to availability at our retail stores. If you wish to exchange to a different model, the item needs to be of a same or higher value. You may only exchange once.
